I came to this work through my own struggles with disordered eating, binge eating, body shame, and the pressure to do health “perfectly.” As a nutritional therapist, I soon realised that food alone wasn’t the answer, we also need compassion, nervous system support, and a deep reconnection to the body. That’s why I now help women with not just what they eat, but how they feel.
