I’m a nutritional therapist helping women break free from binge eating, body shame, and the exhausting cycle of dieting — so they can feel at peace with food and at home in their bodies.

I came to this work through my own struggles with disordered eating, binge eating, body shame, and the pressure to do health “perfectly.” As a nutritional therapist, I soon realised that food alone wasn’t the answer, we also need compassion, nervous system support, and a deep reconnection to the body. How can I get started?

You can book a free 15-minute strategy call to ask questions and see if we are a fit! Once payment is received, your first appointment will be scheduled and your journey begins!

Do we meet in person or virtually?

No need to bother getting to an office, all consultations are conducted virtually and communication is between is by email. 

Will I need to follow a strict diet during this program?

No, there are no diets to follow during this program, this work is purposely exploring other paths so that we move away from diet mentality 

when do i pay

The payment is decided depending on what program you select, or/if there is a payment plan

Do you offer payment plans?

I do offer flexible payment plans that can be paid monthly or a sensible arrangement that is agreed between both parties.
